Virtual Service: There is greater flexibility in how the time can be used – we can discuss this during our free consultation.
In Person Service: Minimum booking is 3 hours. Time is calculated from when we arrive at your home until we leave (excluding any breaks – of up to 30 minutes per half day session). Local travel costs are included, but parking and congestion charges, if applicable, will be invoiced separately. Payment for the session is required to confirm the booking. If additional hours are requested on the day we will try to accommodate this and it will be invoiced and due at the end of the session, together with any parking/congestion charges.

Room Planning
Is your home working for you? Does it flow and feel right? If not, we can help you edit and streamline your living space. Have you moved to a new home and want support with space planning? This is the service for you!
how it works
By examining your lifestyle, and considering the purpose, size, shape and features of the room in question, we will produce a plan to perfect your layout and maximise the use you can make of each area. We will guide you on ideal furniture placement, suggest what you can do without, and recommend useful additions, if necessary.
We aim to avoid waste and are committed to re-use, re-purpose, re-furbish or re-home your furniture where possible.
The Virtual Room Planning involves completion of a short client questionnaire, a video call of 30 minutes to understand your requirements, ‘see’ the space, your furniture and belongings, followed by production of your bespoke layout plan and recommendations. All your documentation will be neatly available on our client portal.
If you prefer an In-Person service, we can visit you at home to chat through your requirements, take room dimensions and photographs prior to completing the bespoke layout plan and recommendations.
Average turnaround for one room is about 3 weeks from video call/home visit. Multiple rooms may take a few days longer!
This service is provided on a per-room basis. Open plan spaces incorporating, for example, kitchen, dining and living areas, are considered as a minimum of 2 rooms – to be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

Our Room Makeover service is perfect if your room needs a re-style and refresh to create an inspiring living space… A room that feels uplifting and joyful. A space that makes you happy.
As always, we aim to avoid waste and are committed to re-use, re-purpose, re-furbish or re-home your furniture where possible.
We look at the room as a whole and in the context of your life.
The Room Makeover service includes everything in our Room Planning Service – so you know the space will flow with ease and comfort - and then we add the interior décor element. We produce a cohesive look to reflect your style, and present digital mood & sample board(s), including colour palettes, plus styling advice and suggestions for furniture, fabrics, rugs, lighting and more, as needed … All your documentation will be neatly available on our client portal.

Window Dressings & Soft Furnishings
The power of curtains, blinds and soft furnishings to transform a room should not be under estimated.
How it works
All of our curtains and fabric blinds are hand stitched and made to measure. They will always fit perfectly – are lined and interlined for a beautiful drape (and practical sound and heat insulation) – and modern sheers are a far cry from grannie’s net curtains of old.
Window dressings add a touch of luxury and, when used correctly, can balance rooms with awkward proportions and create the illusion of height. We make curtains and blinds in all styles and are happy to advise on what would work best in your room.
We also make cushions of all shapes and sizes, headboards, bed valances, bed and table covers and can help with selection of curtain poles, tracks and suspension systems for any window dressing.
The process kicks-off with our Window Treatment Consultation Package at £395 for a 2 hour consultation. This typically allows us to discuss treatments, advise and measure for up to 3 windows. If additional windows are involved we can add to the package. Contact us to discuss your requirements and, if a consultation is appropriate, we can send you a link to purchase the package.
As all our curtains, blinds & soft furnishings are bespoke, we provide a quotation for these after the consultation, once measurements have been taken and fabrics chosen (we can help with fabric selection too!).

Interior Design & Home Refurbishment
How it works
If you are contemplating a complete home refurbishment and want help with the interiors and with co-ordinating contractors, give us a call to discuss your project.
The process kicks-off with a discovery call to see if we would work well together. If you decide to go ahead we arrange a home visit for an Interior Design Consultation Package at £395 for a 2 hour consultation. This allows us to discuss your plans, make suggestions and give valuable advice on your project. Contact us to discuss your requirements and, if a consultation is appropriate, we can send you a link to purchase the package.
We are happy to work with your architects and contractors or can recommend a team of tried and tested, trusted tradesmen (I love a bit of alliteration) to execute our designs.
